Job Responsibilities

1) Main tasks:

Tasks performed regularly which form the essential characteristics of the position.

• As the coordinator to manage EHS system and all related processes in CDC;
• Support to coordinate all EHS related activities such as EHS Management Review, Internal Audit, quarterly committee meeting, governmental inspections, training sessions and all related documentation etc.;
• As the main contact window working with the external EHS suppliers to provide consultancy services to the office and laboratory routine control;
• As the main contact window for receiving the Global Sustainability & EHS requirements and ensuring completing the requested deliverables, such as annual Declaration of Compliance, regular data collection and reporting etc.
• Make sure the EHS related messages timely and well communicated in CDC;
• Follow up all related action items for closure with solid and deemed evidences as planned;
• Build up the continuous EHS mindset for all CDC employees;
• Proactive acquire the EHS intelligences and support the EHS strategic planning

2) Secondary tasks:

Tasks performed regularly in addition to the main duties but which do not determine the essential character of the position.

• Responsible for CDC QMS Documentation handling in gPDM Windchill, related DCR closure and DCR list maintaining.
• Responsible for QMS training module set up and training completeness follow up in the QMS Learning Management system.
• Follow the positive, dedicated and professional team culture.

3) Miscellaneous tasks'

Tasks not performed regularly which are nevertheless a distinct part of the job, or special tasks I project work.

• Support other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success*

1) Required training and education:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 生产经营单位管理人员安全生产培训证书
• 职业卫生管理人员培训证书

2) Required professional experience (in years):

Please list the minimum number of years of professional experience required, as well as all relevant experience in specific functions, e.g. project management or line management experience.

• More than 5 years of professional experience in EHSs stem and practices.

a) Technical knowledge

• Have solid knowledge of EHS requirements, rules, standards and guidance
• Certified internal auditor of ISO 14001

b) Languages

• Good oral and writing skills in both Chinese and English

c) IT skills

• Good skills in using MS office applications
• Able to use statistic tool software

d) Product knowledge

• Basic knowledge of medical device business
