We are looking for a Business Analysis Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Finance Frontline IT team and support strategic technology initiatives that enable regulatory compliance, business transformation, and sustainability across our global organization.
This role plays an important part in supporting SAP Responsible Design and Production (RDP) solutions, helping PPG meet evolving packaging and sustainability regulations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sustainability, Regulatory Affairs, and IT to ensure successful delivery and support of enterprise solutions.
Location: Wroclaw, Poland
Work Model: On-site (Wroclaw office) with Flexible Friday Policy
Main responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops with Finance, Sustainability, Regulatory, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into solution requirements.
- Support implementation and enhancement activities related to SAP Responsible Design and Production (RDP) and related enterprise applications.
- Create and maintain process flows, requirements documentation, user stories, test scripts, training materials, and project documentation.
- Coordinate project activities, including planning, status tracking, risk identification, issue management, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with change management, end-user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities.
- Collaborate with global teams and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery and ongoing support.
- Monitor and analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to project management and business analysis best practices within the Finance Frontline IT organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, process improvement, or a related role.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
- Experience supporting IT projects or technology implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP solutions or other enterprise applications is an advantage.
- Understanding of finance, sustainability, regulatory compliance, packaging regulations, or ESG-related processes is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
