As a P1 Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing our premium finance business by building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll take ownership of business development efforts and help expand our presence within the insurance and lending industries.
Day to day, you'll:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with agencies, carriers, and general agents while building a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, present premium finance solutions, negotiate agreements, and close new business opportunities.
Beyond that, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to support successful client onboarding, monitor industry trends and market opportunities, and provide sales forecasts and updates that help drive business performance.
What you bring

Required Experience:
- Experience building business relationships and developing new sales opportunities in a professional sales environment.
- Experience presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
Education/Certifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
You should also be comfortable adapting to changing priorities, learning new products and processes, and working collaboratively across teams.

- Knowledge of premium finance products, services, or the insurance industry.
