- Address resident concerns with professionalism while consistently enforcing lease agreements and community policies.
- Partner closely with maintenance staff by prioritizing work orders, following up on repairs, monitoring unit turns, and ensuring residents receive timely communication.
- Conduct regular property walks and inspections to identify concerns before they become larger issues.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Prepare notices, maintain resident files, and complete required documentation using Yardi and Microsoft Office.
- Collect rent, monitor delinquency, and assist with the property's financial performance.
- Support resident engagement through positive communication and community-building initiatives.
- Work closely with Regional Management to develop strategies that continue improving the community.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- The confidence to have difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism.

- The ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, retail management, customer service leadership, or another role that demonstrates leadership, organization, and exceptional customer service.
- Experience with Yardi is a plus but not required.
- Affordable housing experience is not required. We will train the right person.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
