The job holder is to support the Head of Corporate Actuarial in all aspects of corporate actuarial work, particularly those that pertain to EV reporting basis, methodology and reporting. Help ensure that actuarial activities are in line with sound actuarial principles and standards, statutory requirements, and the company’s goals, objectives, standards and requirements.

Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc

• Govern the actuarial transformation delivery portfolio and provide direction to delivery leads, squads and supporting teams accountable for end-to-end implementation.

• Own solution design coherence across data, automation and workflow solutions, ensuring scalable, controlled and practical design aligned with PVA, Group FFP and Local Technology.

• Work with Actuarial leads, initiative owners and users to define opportunities, problem statements, scope, business cases and prioritisation for Chief Actuary and CFO approval.

• Coordinate Group FFP Technology, Local Technology, vendors and shared-service teams on delivery dependencies, implementation approach, controls, environments and standards.

• Maintain consolidated progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, sequencing and resource trade-offs through appropriate delivery and steering forums.

• Lead implementation governance, handover, user training and adoption so new solutions are validated, controlled, adopted before go-live and transitioned sustainably to BAU.

• Overall governance and successful delivery of the actuarial transformation portfolio within agreed scope, timeline, quality, control and benefit expectations.

• Design integrity across data, automation and workflow initiatives, supporting one source of truth, controlled data use and scalable actuarial capability.
  Đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn thiết kế xuyên suốt các sáng kiến dữ liệu, tự động hóa và workflow, hỗ trợ một nguồn dữ liệu chuẩn, sử dụng dữ liệu có kiểm soát và năng lực Actuarial có khả năng mở rộng.
• Transparent stakeholder communication, including consolidated reporting of progress, risks, issues, dependencies and resource decisions to governance forums.
  Truyền thông minh bạch với stakeholder, bao gồm báo cáo tổng hợp tiến độ, rủi ro, vấn đề, phụ thuộc và quyết định nguồn lực cho các diễn đàn quản trị.
• Delivery capability, user adoption and post-implementation benefit tracking, ensuring solutions reduce manual effort and transition sustainably to BAU.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial, finance, mathematics, data science, computer science or related discipline.
  Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Actuarial, tài chính, toán học, khoa học dữ liệu, khoa học máy tính hoặc ngành liên quan.
• Good actuarial exam progress; at least Associate designation preferred.
  Có tiến độ tốt trong các kỳ thi Actuarial; ưu tiên tối thiểu cấp Associate.
• At least 8 years of life insurance actuarial experience across reporting, data management, valuation, business planning or finance transformation.
  Tối thiểu 8 năm kinh nghiệm Actuarial bảo hiểm nhân thọ trong báo cáo, quản lý dữ liệu, định giá dự phòng, kế hoạch kinh doanh hoặc chuyển đổi tài chính.
• Strong programme governance experience across transformation portfolios or multiple initiatives, including senior reporting, dependencies, risks/issues and benefits tracking.
  Có kinh nghiệm vững về quản trị chương trình hoặc danh mục chuyển đổi gồm nhiều sáng kiến, bao gồm báo cáo cấp cao, quản lý phụ thuộc, rủi ro/vấn đề và theo dõi lợi ích.
• Experience in actuarial data platforms, data marts, reporting automation, reconciliation or model output databases; cloud data platform knowledge is a plus.
