The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience administering Canvas in a higher education or K-12 environment,

• Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and implementation standards that support scalable program growth.

• Serve as the primary operational resource for district personnel regarding course setup, enrollment processes, and academic technology workflows.

Student Support & Success

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for students participating in Dunwoody Immersive programs.

• Resolve Canvas navigation, enrollment, course access, and administrative questions while providing timely and professional support.

• Evaluate incoming student requests and coordinate resolution with subject matter experts, instructional staff, district contacts, or technical support when specialized expertise is required.

• Monitor outstanding student support requests through completion to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

• Develop and maintain student-facing support documentation, knowledge base resources, and frequently asked questions that improve the overall student experience. Reporting & Operational Analytics

• Generate, review, and distribute student participation and progress reports to partner school districts according to established reporting schedules.

• Monitor student engagement and course activity to identify learners who may benefit from additional outreach or intervention.

• Maintain accurate operational data to support internal reporting, district communications, grant initiatives, and organizational planning.

• Recommend reporting enhancements that improve operational visibility and decision-making for internal and external stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate existing academic technology workflows and recommend improvements that increase operational efficiency and scalability.

• Identify recurring student support trends and implement process improvements that enhance the learner experience.
