Full-Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and deployment of full-stack applications across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, APIs, including the integration of AI and agentic AI components.
• Develop and integrate APIs and real-time data services connecting agentic AI backends with frontend dashboards, operator interfaces, operational systems and external data sources.
• Design and maintain API contracts and schemas using OpenAPI, Swagger, JSON Schema, or equivalent.
• Design and implement secure integration between cloud-hosted applications and on-premise production systems, including APIs, data exchange and connectivity across hybrid environments.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, including containerization and CI/CD pipelines, application configuration, monitoring and release management.
• Ensure cloud deployments comply with applicable government cloud and security requirements, including data classification, access control, audit logging, and secure configuration.
• Monitor and optimize application, API, AI workflow, and deployment performance using measurable operational metrics.

What we are Looking for

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or equivalent.
• Experience delivering solutions in production, POC, or POV environments.

Cloud Deployment & CI/CD Pipelines

• Hands-on experience deploying at least 2 applications to a cloud environment (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent) in a production, POC, or POV environment, with experience in CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud architecture, and quantifiable outcomes evidenced (e.g. reduction in deployment time, infrastructure cost optimisation, scalability, or cost savings).
• Experience deploying at least 1 AI or data-intensive application in a real-time or incident management context, with clear description of the cloud architecture and services used.
• Knowledge of or project experience with government ICT standards and policies (e.g. government cloud and cybersecurity standards, or equivalent national cybersecurity framework), including data classification, access control, and audit logging across at least 1 project.

Agentic AI & LLM Orchestration

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying at least 2 agentic AI systems incorporating LLM orchestration (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks) in a production, POC, or POV environment, with quantifiable outcomes evidenced (e.g. task automation rate, reduction in manual intervention, latency benchmarks met).
• Experience designing multi-agent architectures incorporating agent coordination, routing, state management, tool use, and multi-step reasoning, applied to a real-time or operational incident management use case.

API Development & Integration

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying at least 2 APIs integrating agentic AI or backend services with frontend dashboards or operator interfaces, pulling in data from external sources (e.g. real-time feeds, geospatial data, sensor streams, or third-party APIs) in a production, POC, or POV environment, with quantifiable outcomes evidenced (e.g. API response latency, request volume, availability, or uptime).
• Experience designing and maintaining at least 1 API contract and schema using OpenAPI, Swagger, JSON Schema, or equivalent.

Added Advantage

• Experience with government/public-sector projects, particularly government cloud and security-compliant cloud environments.
• Experience with real-time or incident-management systems.
