Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow security policies, SOPs, and manager instructions exactly.
- Assist with basic security monitoring, alert triage, and escalation.
- Support access management, password resets, and account checks.
- Help with patching, endpoint checks, antivirus/EDR, and basic backups.
- Provide infra/helpdesk support to the project team.
- Document actions clearly and report issues promptly.
- Escalate anything unclear or risky immediately.
Requirements:
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Strong rule-following and compliance mindset — no shortcuts.
- Good attitude, responsible, patient, and coachable.
- Basic IT / infra / helpdesk skills.
- Willing to learn security tools and procedures.
- Spoken and Written Chinese is a must
