follow up on actions
• Contribute to cross-functional and cross-country alignment, helping to keep a single
source of truth across stakeholders
• Where required, support country teams on-site through travel or temporary
assignments
2. Bottleneck Management Support – Country / Supply Chain / Region Interface
• Support countries in bottleneck and product-availability management, helping to

visibility to relevant stakeholders
3. Commercial Excellence – Data Analytics Support

data analytics and processes
• Help develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools
(e.g. Power BI, CRM)
• Support the analysis of sales performance, market trends, and business KPIs to
generate actionable insights
• Help promote data quality and the adoption of data-driven decision-making across
commercial teams
Your Profile:
• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/Information
Management, or a related field
• High-potential candidate with strong analytical skills and a structured, organized way of
working; some professional experience — particularly in PMO, project coordination, or business/commercial operations — is a plus but not required
• Analytical mindset with an interest in data analysis and business intelligence; familiarity
with Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, CRM) is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across
functions and cultures
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
• Willing and able to travel and to undertake temporary assignments of several months
across countries
