Supervisor, Card Services

Your Mission

As Supervisor, Card Services, you'll keep Envisant's card programs, products, and services running at full throttle-so member credit unions and partners get fast, accurate support when it matters most.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations for the Cards Department; assigning work and schedules for member service representatives; coaching and developing staff to follow ICUS standards, procedures, and mission; providing technical and operational guidance for Envisant systems (including balancing and workflow/user maintenance); coordinating support transitions from Implementation to Customer Service; serving as an escalation point for credit unions, processors, and partners; communicating clearly in writing and verbally; ensuring compliance with card network rules and regulations; building strong business relationships; and participating in partner-led training tied to new product development.

Required qualifications/skills:

- Bachelor's degree or recognized industry equivalent; 3-5 years of related experience
- Financial institution/payment industry experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Leadership, teamwork, and collaboration strengths
- Experience with RingCentral, FIS systems, and Salesforce
