Outpatient Multispecialty Clinic Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Outpatient Multispecialty Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of our outpatient clinic.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and support a diverse team of healthcare professionals while helping create an efficient, welcoming environment for both patients and employees. You’ll partner closely with physicians, clinical teams, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly and ensure our patients receive the high-quality care and experience they deserve.

What You’ll Do

As our Outpatient Multispecialty Clinic Manager, you’ll play an important role in both our people and our operations. You will:

  • Lead, support, and develop clinical and administrative team members across the outpatient clinic.
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, workflows, and patient flow to create an efficient and positive experience.
  • Build a collaborative, accountable, and supportive team culture.
  • Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and leadership to address operational needs and support excellent patient care.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clinic processes, patient access, service delivery, and overall efficiency.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinic policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Help ensure clinic operations meet organizational, regulatory, quality, and patient safety standards.
  • Monitor operational performance and help manage the clinic in alignment with established budgets, goals, and objectives.
  • Support employee onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, and professional development.
  • Maintain strong communication and working relationships with employees, medical staff, organizational leadership, patients, and community partners.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least five (5) years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Preferred:

  • Previous leadership experience within an outpatient clinic, physician practice, ambulatory care, or healthcare environment.
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary or multispecialty clinic operations.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.

This position formally supervises employees.

You’ll provide direct leadership and operational support to assigned clinical and administrative team members while helping foster a workplace where employees can grow, collaborate, and provide exceptional patient care.
