The Operations Equipment Program Manager plays a significant role in our Engineering function. In this role you will partner with high volume manufacturing leadership and equipment teams to ensure flawless tool installations and lead ongoing continuous improvement across all facets of fab tool installations with facilities, construction, suppliers, procurement and global teams to meet installation deliverables. Advancing critical initiatives, you will lead high-impact initiatives by harnessing data insights and emerging AI technologies to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and deliver strategic value.

## Responsibilities:

  • Support Equipment Managers and Tool Owners in delivering high-quality tool installations through process qualification ahead of required in-service dates.
  • Drive priority alignment and issue resolution across all organizations involved in tool installation and qualification activities.
  • Routinely audit installation quality, safety, and schedule adherence across all process tool installations.
  • Partner with global teams on installation standardization and improvement projects, and Procurement and Supplier Management teams to proactively identify risks and initiate early action on blocking issues when required.
  • Influence supplier performance through executive engagement, performance reviews, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Drive installation suppliers and contractors to exceed safety, quality, schedule, and efficiency objectives across all tool installations.
  • Lead benchmark comparisons and adoption of industry best practices to enhance installation efficiency and factory readiness

## Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering or related field and a minimum of 10 years hands on equipment and management experience leading equipment teams and field service engineers.
  • Direct experience managing supplier projects and programs required with proven ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with semiconductor tool installation, qualification, and startup activities.
  • Proven problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, including excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive solutions to successful execution.

## Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience bringing to bear data, automation, and emerging Artificial Intelligence technologies to improve business processes while developing Agentic AI workflows into current and future processes.
  • Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and supplier-management skills.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, organizational efficiency, and attention to detail.
