Senior HR Advisor, China

As a Senior HR Advisor at ICON, you will shape and implement HR strategies that support our organizational goals and enhance employee experience.


What You Will Do:

You will take ownership of human resources deliverables, applying your expertise to complex challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on and implementing HR policies and practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Supporting managers and employees in navigating complex HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Developing and leading talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development programs.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and employee feedback to identify trends, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace culture and promote a diverse and inclusive environment.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in human resources, with the experience to work independently and guide others.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in an HR advisory role, with a strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex HR issues, provide strategic guidance, and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HR information systems and tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
