Are you curious about how organizations can transform HR through better processes, technology and AI? As an HR Transformation Analyst in Athens, you will learn from experienced consultants while contributing to client research, analysis, workshops and implementation activities across international projects.

Join a collaborative international team delivering HR Strategy, Operating Model, Process, Service, Digital HR and AI-enabled transformation work for clients across industries.

What you will do

• Support the analysis of client HR needs, processes, data and employee experience challenges.
• Help document current-state findings and design future HR processes, services and operating model components.
• Prepare clear presentations, workshop materials, process maps, trackers and other client-ready deliverables.
• Participate in interviews and workshops, capture requirements and actions, and organize inputs from different stakeholders.
• Support Digital HR and AI-enabled transformation activities, including research, testing, documentation and adoption materials.
• Contribute to workforce and skills analysis, benchmarking and the development of practical recommendations.
• Work closely with consultants and managers, actively seek feedback and contribute ideas to the team.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, HR, psychology, technology, engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR, consulting, business analysis, project delivery or technology-enabled transformation. Strong graduate profiles with relevant internships may also be considered.
• Foundational understanding of HR processes or a strong motivation to build expertise in HR Transformation.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with structured information, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow or another HR technology is an advantage, not a requirement.
• Interest in AI, automation and digital tools, with enthusiasm to learn how they can improve HR services and employee experience.
• Good organization, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities within a team environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English. An additional European or Middle Eastern language is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel in Greece and internationally, based on project needs.
