You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

How you will contribute

You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

Quality Operation

 

• Ensure QP related to line such as GMP, pest control, PEM sampling, FG sampling, POG, Traceability, EM, HACCP, packaging & product PAPAS, rework, hold & release document availability & compliant execution at line.

• Management of change: join to input risk assessment for new change, responsible for quality report of change.

• Responsible for Investigation the Consumer & customer complaint, Quality incident, Quality issue, Quality hold, Quality Non-compliance findings on time and follow up CAPA closure.

• Attend DMS3 shopfloor to update Quality KPI and implement the quality master plan of the line.

• Execute and heath check Quality SWP at line level.

• Work for Continuous Quality improvement projects.

• Owner for some Quality policies.

Quality Specialist in Sanitation and Pest Control

• Establish the cleaning method for new machine, new product

• Input hygiene design for new equipment, new layout

• Update the sanitation procedure for site

• Do the cleaning validation frequently and follow up CAPA closure for gaps.

• Do the improvement for sanitation

• Responsible for overhead cleaning

• Monitor the pest trend, lead the RCA if the result out of range and follow up CAPA closure.

• Frequently performance rating for vendor

• All other duties assigned by Quality Manager

Job specific requirements:

• Bachelor's degree: Food technology, Biotechnology, micro-technology, Chemical or other relevant roles in Food industry

• At least 3-4 years experience in similar roles

• Good command of English (Proficiency in 4 skills)

• Computer: Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Good communication, team work, leadership skills and well-organized

• Understand well IL6S standard, QA Standards in Food industry
