Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring a QMA in our Skilled Nursing community — $20.00–$22.50/hour + credit for experience.

Pay: $20.00–$22.50/hour + credit for experience Job Type: Full-time Location: New Albany, IN (In person) Schedule: Full-time, 3 days/week, 12-hour shifts — 6:30 AM–6:30 PM or 6:30 PM–6:30 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide daily direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
• Document medication administration and observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with CNA duties and work closely with nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized medication cart and support the healthcare team in delivering quality resident care

What You'll Need

• Willingness and ability to perform CNA duties (required for this position)
• Active QMA certification in Indiana, or willingness to obtain by hire if certified in Kentucky
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• At least 18 years old
