This position reports to:
Statutory Compliance Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide expertise in accounting, financial statement preparation, and audit processes. You will support the preparation of financial statements, participate in audit processes for less complex entities, collaborate with relevant stakeholders, and support more experienced colleagues with complex tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to identifying statutory adjustments and preparing reconciliation bridges to statutory financial statements.

This role is reporting to the Statutory Compliance Manager in Łódź.
Key Responsibilities:
Playing an active role in the preparation of financial statements for less complex entities
Driving and supporting audit processes for less complex entities by scheduling and conducting planning and status meetings, as well as coordinating the statutory audit process
Collaborating with all stakeholders involved in the audit and financial statement preparation processes to address identified issues
Identifying statutory adjustments and preparing a bridge to statutory financial statements
Supporting statutory accounts reconciliation
Supporting more experienced colleagues within the team with audits of more complex entities

Qualifications:
You have at least 2 years of experience in an audit department or 3–4 years of experience in a finance or accounting function, ideally in GL, R2R, or Statutory Accounting, preferably within a large international industrial group
You possess strong analytical skills and are fluent in Excel
You are energetic, open-minded, and proactive in your approach
You have knowledge of SAP, which would be an asset
You have a strong accounting background and a good understanding of audit procedures
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
You are at ease communicating in English
You hold a valid visa or work permit allowing you to work in Poland
