Data Management Analyst.

Objetivo del puesto:

El Administrador de Gestión de Datos será responsable de brindar soporte a proveedores de PPG en Latinoamérica durante los procesos de alta, actualización y gestión de su información dentro de los sistemas de la compañía.

La posición tendrá interacción directa con proveedores de diferentes países de la región, brindando orientación sobre el uso de la plataforma ePro, dando seguimiento a solicitudes y apoyando en la resolución de dudas o incidencias relacionadas con el proceso de onboarding y mantenimiento de información.

Responsabilidades principales: 

• Brindar soporte y acompañamiento a proveedores de PPG durante su proceso de onboarding y actualización de información.
• Orientar y capacitar a proveedores en el uso de la plataforma ePro, incluyendo sesiones virtuales para explicar procesos, resolver dudas y guiarlos dentro del sistema.
• Dar seguimiento a solicitudes de alta, actualización y mantenimiento de información de proveedores.
• Revisar y validar información y documentación proporcionada por los proveedores, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
• Identificar inconsistencias, información faltante o posibles errores y coordinar su corrección con los proveedores o áreas internas correspondientes.
• Mantener comunicación constante con proveedores y clientes internos de PPG en Latinoamérica para asegurar el avance y cierre oportuno de las solicitudes.
• Registrar y mantener actualizada la información relacionada con proveedores en los sistemas correspondientes.
• Escalar incidencias o casos que requieran soporte adicional y dar seguimiento hasta su resolución.
• Cumplir con los procedimientos, controles y estándares establecidos para la gestión de datos de proveedores.
• Contribuir al cumplimiento de los indicadores y objetivos de servicio del equipo.

Requisitos

• Licenciatura concluida.
• De 0 a 2 años de experiencia en posiciones administrativas, servicio a clientes, atención a proveedores, procurement, cuentas por pagar, master data o áreas relacionadas.
• Inglés intermedio- avanzado, con capacidad para mantener conversaciones y comunicación escrita con proveedores y equipos internos.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
• Orientación al servicio y resolución de problemas.
• Atención al detalle y apego a procesos.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con proveedores y diferentes áreas de la organización.
•  Deseable experiencia con sistemas ERP, plataformas de Procurement o Supplier Management.
