Job Description

As a Security Officer Bilingual Dispatch in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Professional at a financial institution location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor alarm and access systems, document incidents, and support timely responses to emerging situations. You will provide outstanding customer service while helping to maintain an organized, professional environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, document incidents, and coordinate responses with on-site personnel and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of incidents, alarms, access concerns, and communications in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Monitor security-related systems, alarms, cameras, and access activity, and communicate potential concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
