Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning: Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models aligned with business objectives.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze deviations between actuals and budgets, recommend corrective actions.
• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for savings across operations and procurement.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls.
• Stakeholder Support: Provide financial insights to operations, procurement, and leadership teams.
• Process Improvement: Recommend automation and efficiency improvements in reporting and analysis.
• Team Mentoring: Guide junior analysts and ensure accuracy in financial data handling.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
