What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple property-related entities.
- Support payment processing and AP, including invoice processing and payment runs.
- Complete accurate transaction coding, bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Work closely with the internal accounting and property management teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Criteria
- 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience, with a strong background in property bookkeeping or property accounting, ideally within a commercial property environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the initiative and flexibility to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities, including transaction processing, reconciliations and payment processing.
- MRI experience or exposure to other accounting systems is advantageous, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- International bookkeeping experience is preferred, with Australian or UK bookkeeping experience considered advantageous.
- Strong Excel and accounting systems skills, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and support efficient bookkeeping processes.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM – 3 PM (PHT) fully onsite during the probation period, with the potential to transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
- Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City): 8 AM – 5 PM (VNT) fully onsite during the probation period, with the potential to transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
