The Specialist, Diversity & Inclusion role is responsible for supporting the D&I strategy, philosophy, and framework for D&I programs globally while ensuring consistency and standardization of D&I practices and delivering on high quality outcomes.
How you’ll make an impact:
Collect, analyze, and develop moderately complex reporting metrics as it relates to diversity trends, and provide recommendations and insights on the development of D&I tools and resources that will support the global D&I strategy and framework. Manage content and delivery of D&I communications (newsletters, emails). Proactively stay up to date on trends and developments within D&I, and provide ideas and information to leaders regarding best practices and trends.
Engage and manage partnerships with external community organizations. Including the coordination of internal stakeholder engagements within Edwards, as well as Edwards’ participation in external events hosted by our community partners. Actively engage in community partnerships that support diversity and inclusion initiatives (e.g., Girls Inc., NSBE, etc.).
Provide input to stakeholders (e.g., ERG leaders, COEs) for the development of the annual global calendar of D&I events; Develop and maintain internal sites for tools and resources (e.g., Sharepoint, Teams). In collaboration with team members, resource, plan and execute D&I signature events (e.g., externship program, global D&I Day, Career Day). Including the composition of scripts for ELT and SLT event participants and speakers.
Identify issues and provide solutions to global Inclusion & Belonging situations with moderate complexity.
Provide COE guidance to internal stakeholders as it relates to research and development of DI&B related material and expertise.
Develop and document processes and procedures related to Inclusion and Belonging governance

What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in related field , 3 years experience of previous related experience required, preferably in HR generalist or I&B roles required or
Other: Inclusion and Belonging Certification preferred
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Strict attention to detail
