Job Description

The job family for this role is Sales Operations and Market Strategy & Planning. This job family involves tasks related to strategizing and planning for sales operations, market research, and channel management.

This role is responsible for the execution of business strategies in the category, sector, and channel management space. The individual will work closely with the sales teams to deliver NOS and share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization.    
• Growth expectations aligned with team and individual performance in a stable external business environment.    
• Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance. 
• Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined objectives.
• Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:       

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales operations and market strategy planning is preferred, or with at least 2 years' experience in trade marketing or related roles in a Healthcare Industry company or FMCG
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions.   
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively within a team.   
• A forward thinker who sees opportunities for growth and perseveres through challenges.
