Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Administer ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, KNIME, and Alteryx platforms, managing user provisioning, RBAC, SSO, SCIM, licensing, and access reviews.
- Monitor platform health, usage, performance, and availability, troubleshooting incidents and coordinating with vendor support for technical Q&A.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation to support operational continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Support configuration of APIs and MCPs between AI platforms and other collaborative platforms.
- Implement enterprise managed policies and guardrails across AI platforms, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Support platform releases, upgrades, testing, and automations to ensure smooth deployments.
- Implement enterprise security controls and governance across all AI platforms.
- Support audits, compliance, CAB/ECAB, and change management processes.
- Collaborate with product management to optimize licensing, provisioning and platform configurations.
- Provide L2/L3 operational support and perform root cause analysis on incidents.
- Develop preventative improvements and create knowledge articles and user documentation.
- Provide secondary operational support for analyst-built automations.
- Coordinate with US stakeholders and platform users to resolve operational issues.
- Work with product management to support enablement activities and user guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of systems engineering or platform administration experience.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS and enterprise platforms administration.
- Knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, SCIM, MFA, and APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, KNIME, and Alteryx.
- Knowledge of platform configuration and administration of AI platforms.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, PowerShell, or Python.
- Relevant Microsoft, Azure, AWS, or platform certifications preferred.
