What we’re looking for:
Position Overview:
The Junior/ Executive Demand Planning Analyst will support demand forecasting, inventory monitoring, and reporting activities to ensure efficient supply chain operations. The role involves maintaining forecast data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the monthly S&OP process. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data management.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly demand forecasts by maintaining customer-level and material-level sales data and incorporating input received from the sales team.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning teams to gather demand-related information.
• Assist in analyzing forecast performance and identify gaps between forecast and actual sales.
• Generate and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly demand reports.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for review meetings.
• Upload approved forecasts into planning systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory and share reports with relevant teams for appropriate action.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate forecasts and inform cross – functional teams.
Required Knowledge/Skills:
Technical Skills
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
•Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
•Basic understanding of demand forecasting and inventory management concepts.
•Familiarity with Power BI or reporting tools is an advantage.

Required Experience:
0–2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role. Manufacturing, or oil & gas industry is a plus
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
