Description
The LifeShop Coordinator is the sole buyer and provides direction and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the LT Shop. They are responsible for purchasing in Workday, managing all product inventory in CrunchTime, following operations and visual merchandising SOPs, and overseeing the financials and growth of the business. The Coordinator trains and manages all team members working in the LT Shop.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Orders and tracks all product sold in the shop, maintains appropriate buying budget, and updates monthly order calendar
Ensures CrunchTime inventory is always accurate
Updates Cost of Goods Tracker and follows all receiving SOPs for each delivery
Completes inventory scan and submits inventory report
Completes monthly P&L analysis and business review
Creates inspiring and impactful visual merchandising displays, maintains elevated presentation of the Life Time brand
Stays up to date on all corporate and in-club communications
Trains and develops team members on all racquet sports and LT Shop SOPs
Maintains appropriate inventory levels, follows all order management SOPs, and ensures financials are maintained. Works to achieve or exceed monthly revenue and contribution margin goals
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of customer service experience in a brick-and-mortar retail setting
1 year of retail management experience in a brick-and-mortar retail setting
Experience with Microsoft Suite, inventory management systems, and POS systems
Strong self-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
CPR and AED Certified within 30 days of hire
Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Requirements
College degree in Buying, Merchandising, and/or related field
Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits
