Kendall Ford is seeking an experienced team member to join our Fleet Service Department.We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused individual with hands-on experience operating and moving large trucks, motorhomes, and other oversized vehicles. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable maneuvering large vehicles in tight spaces and understands the importance of careful vehicle handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely move and position large trucks, motorhomes, and other vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas.
  • Maneuver oversized vehicles in tight spaces, service bays, lots, and loading areas.
  • Assist the Fleet Service Department with vehicle staging and organization.
  • Perform vehicle pick-up and delivery duties as needed.
  • Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all dealership safety procedures and vehicle-handling guidelines.
  • Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and other dealership personnel.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience driving and maneuvering large trucks and motorhomes is required.
  • Strong understanding of safe vehicle operation and positioning.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles of varying sizes and configurations.
  • Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety minded.
  • Ability to work independently while being a reliable member of the Fleet Service team.
  • Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills.
