What will you do
We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Territory Manager Civil to join our Victorian Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Civil Infrastructure customers while identifying and securing key project opportunities across Victoria.
Working within a collaborative Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships, expanding market share, and delivering profitable growth across the Civil & Infrastructure segment.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and key industry stakeholders while driving sales growth across your territory.
This role offers a high level of autonomy and is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys managing customer relationships, pursuing major projects, and creating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of Civil Infrastructure customers across Victoria.
Develop new business opportunities and secure project specifications.
Build and maintain effective relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Drive profitable sales growth and increase market share.
Identify, track, and manage significant project opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams including Customer Service, Projects, Operations, and Technical Support.
Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting through CRM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
Implement value-added initiatives that improve customer outcomes and business performance.
Contribute positively to the Victorian sales team's culture and broader business objectives.
Maintain compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements.
About you
Proven experience in Territory Management, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management within the Civil Infrastructure, Utilities, Construction, or related industries.
A minimum of 5+ years experience managing strategic customer accounts and driving growth within the Victorian market.
Demonstrated success in securing and managing complex project opportunities while developing long-term customer relationships.
Willingness to travel throughout the territory as required (up to 20%).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative and resilient team player who contributes positively to team culture and enjoys working in a supportive, high-performing environment.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and respond positively to changing priorities and business needs.
A customer-focused mindset with a proactive, adaptable, and "can-do" attitude.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
