PURPOSE
To support Life product pricing and be involved in product development through to product launches.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support the life pricing team in product pricing tasks, including product feasibility assessment, building pricing model, propose assumptions, perform financial calculations, sensitivity testing, completing pricing report and regulatory filing.
- Assist the team in coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure new products are launched successfully complete with robust checks, integration of full workflow and compliance to relevant policies, regulations and guidelines.
- Develop strong culture of product innovation through collaboration with partners, customers, internal stakeholder and re-insurers.
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and documenting product and pricing risks, and support the team in evaluating potential solutions.
- Gain exposure to actuarial concepts and tools such as RBC2, Embedded Value (EV), Prophet, and IFRS 17 through on-the-job learning and project participation.
- Support in ad-hoc projects and initiatives across the Pricing team and Distribution Support functions to deliver business requirements and KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Degree-holder with 1 - 2 years of experiences in life insurance companies
- Fresh graduate can be considered

- Strong knowledge about life insurance industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of English
