The Service Support & Administration will oversee delivering effective administrative and operational support to the Service Team by ensuring timely processing of service activities, accurate documentation, coordination with customers and internal teams, and proper monitoring of service performance..

This position reports to the Service Operations Manager and is part of the Service department located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role to Support to All India as per requirement. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity :

• Manage end-to-end service administration activities, including toll-free call management, service request logging, work order creation, dispatch, and closure tracking.Monitor service performance, maintain MIS reports and documentation, ensure SLA compliance
• Prepare and submit service/AMC contract/ Spares quotations, process Customer order and coordinate Invoicing/ Dispatching Activities.
• Oversee inventory management, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure the availability of Critical service spares / Raise purchase orders for stock replenishment and coordinate with Business Unit for timely delivery.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Graduate in any discipline; 3-5 years of experience in service administration, service coordination, customer support, technical administration or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office , CRM, Navisions & service management systems
• Good command of written and spoken English , Good documentation and data-management skills & problem-solving skills & ability to prioritize multiple service activities.
