Overview
We are seeking an experienced technical-functional professional to support the Oracle Incentive Compensation module within an HR Technology environment. This role requires expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation capabilities, configuration, plan design, troubleshooting, testing, and integration with Oracle HCM.
The position partners with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex technical and functional concepts into clear business language, demonstrate system capabilities, estimate effort for new plans and enhancements, optimize existing incentive compensation plans, and implement new capabilities that advance the technology roadmap and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert for Oracle Incentive Compensation, including delivered capabilities, configuration options, and integration points with Oracle HCM.
- Explain Oracle Incentive Compensation capabilities and provide product demonstrations tailored to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior executives.
- Develop level-of-effort estimates for new incentive compensation plans, including configuration, testing, integration, stakeholder validation, and deployment considerations.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance existing incentive compensation plans, identify improvement opportunities, and enable new capabilities that support business and technology objectives.
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the Oracle Incentive Compensation module within the HR Technology environment.
- Ensure alignment of Oracle HCM elements, including Core HR, payroll, benefits, employee data, job attributes, and shared data used by Incentive Compensation.
- Develop and execute testing to validate Incentive Compensation functionality, HCM integrations, data integrity, and end-to-end plan processing.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across Incentive Compensation and HCM, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend scalable solutions and system enhancements.
- Communicate project updates, release information, risks, decisions, and recommendations to implementation teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Maintain documentation, training materials, operating models, and knowledge-transfer resources to support adoption, compliance, and post-go-live sustainability.
- Lead refinement of the Oracle Fusion RACI matrix and validate role assignments to establish clear ownership, accountability, and operational readiness.
- Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus regarding ownership structures, technical decisions, and functional requirements.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills within an Oracle HCM environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Significant experience supporting Oracle Incentive Compensation within an Oracle Fusion or Oracle HCM environment.
- Advanced functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Incentive Compensation capabilities, configuration, and plan design.
- Experience implementing, configuring, enhancing, and optimizing incentive compensation plans.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM and its integration with Incentive Compensation, including Core HR, payroll, benefits, employee data, and job attributes.
- Experience estimating level of effort for system configurations, enhancements, testing, integrations, validation, and deployments.
- Experience developing and executing functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for incentive compensation solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex Oracle Incentive Compensation and HCM issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop scalable solutions.
- Experience conducting system and product demonstrations for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Ability to translate complex technical and functional concepts into clear business language.
- Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation, training materials, operating procedures, and knowledge-transfer resources.
- Experience working with RACI matrices, ownership models, governance structures, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to build consensus across business and technology teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills.
