Steve Basso Plumbing Heating & A/C is hiring a full-time Licensed HVAC Technician in Stratford, CT, and we're always willing to hire the right person for our team at our new location. WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time Licensed HVAC Technician position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a Licensed HVAC Technician, you will manage residential service calls and provide the expert service homeowners have come to expect from Steve Basso Plumbing Heating & A/C. Throughout the day, you will perform thorough maintenance routines that help prevent future breakdowns and keep systems operating efficiently. You will diagnose and resolve complex heating and air conditioning issues, complete repairs on-site, and deliver effective solutions that restore comfort for customers. You will also perform complete HVAC system installations from start to finish, ensuring every project meets the high-quality standards that have helped our company earn the trust of homeowners since 1974. As you work, you will represent a locally owned and operated business that is known for personalized service, technical expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

WHAT WE NEED:

• Class D or S Connecticut Journeyman License
• Valid Connecticut driver's license and a clean driving record
• 5+ years of experience with residential heating and air conditioning installations and services
• Ability to perform HVAC maintenance, repairs, and complete system installations
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship
