Responsibilities
The National Repair Manager, LED is responsible for overseeing LED rental equipment repair operations, procedures, procurement, repair costs, and assigned repair and service employees.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise assigned repair and service employees.
- Establish performance expectations and accountability throughout the department.
Essential Functions
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, or outsourcing of repairs for LED rental inventory.
- Partner with Asset Management to establish repair priorities and objectives.
- Monitor equipment in repair using 30-, 60-, and 90-plus-day thresholds.
- Ensure repair departments meet established equipment repair deadlines.
- Oversee required annual equipment inspections.
- Establish consistent LED repair processes and equipment standards across locations.
- Ensure employees follow current Technical Service Notices, manufacturer updates, repair procedures, and software standards.
- Maintain accurate repair, testing, inspection, and equipment-status records.
- Manage repair activity and equipment status through TEAM.
- Oversee test equipment used by repair departments.
- Manage warranty claims, replacement parts, RMA programs, and outsourced repairs.
- Maintain appropriate parts and supply inventory in coordination with Procurement and National Service Managers.
- Oversee the quoting, completion, and billing of service calls and customer repairs.
- Identify repair trends and operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, maintenance, and documentation requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Proven History of outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of LED equipment and electronic systems.
- Highly detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
- Exceptional customer and communication skills and relationships; strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.
- Must posses excellent interpersonal, clear verbal and written communication.
- Must have demonstrated time management skills and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced multi-task environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills will be required for success in this potion. Proficient in full Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Share Point) and a firm grasp of common computer productivity tools and equipment.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a time-sensitive production environment
- Good knowledge of the principles and practices of workplace safety and of modern office procedures and practices.
Physical demands
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50Ibs, occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 Ibs
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Specific vision abilities for this job may include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus, with or without the use of glasses or contact lenses.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to follow spots and moving lights, loud noises, fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
- May be required to operate motor vehicles and load/unload trucks.

Required education and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent education, Bachelors preferred
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite)
- 5+ years of applicable experience with service of A/V, Audio, Lighting, LED and Video equipment a plus

CA, CO, IL, NY, NJ and NV: The pay range for this position is estimated to be $72,384 - $80,000 per year. Actual pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data. Additionally, we offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with matching contributions.
