Job Description

Your Role

As a System FT Integrator, you will perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and verification activities to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with defined requirements. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams while taking ownership of assigned tasks and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform system integration, functional testing, and quality verification according to approved procedures and specifications.
  • Operate electronic test equipment, measurement tools, and dedicated test systems.
  • Conduct calibration and verification activities to maintain testing accuracy.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and document system failures, abnormalities, and process deviations.
  • Support root-cause investigations and escalate issues when required.
  • Accurately document test results, repairs, and certification records.
  • Work with computerized systems, digital work instructions, and production documentation.
  • Read and interpret technical documentation and procedures in English.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and team success.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • High School Diploma, vocational education, or equivalent.
  • Technical aptitude and experience working with electronic or electro-mechanical systems.
  • Experience using test equipment, measurement tools, and hand tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to work with digital systems.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.

Advantage

  • Practical Engineer / Technician qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience in system integration, testing, or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex systems.
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
  • Experience supporting, training, or mentoring team members.

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €[10,000 NIS]–€[15,000 NIS]. How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
