Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Mandatory as needed | Must be available for up to 12-hour shifts and weekends based on production needs

What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform light assembly and basic machine operation.
- Follow written instructions and production procedures.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Use basic measuring tools and math skills.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed.
- Operate a sit-down forklift when applicable.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience required.
- Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to work up to 12-hour shifts when required.
- Must be available to work weekends and mandatory overtime based on company needs.
