Busperson - The Henry - The Cosmopolitan

The primary responsibility of the Busperson is to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of The Henry at The Cosmopolitan. This role ensures that the dining room, storerooms, food pickup areas, beverage stations, and all supporting service areas are maintained according to established cleanliness, safety, and stocking standards. The Busperson plays an integral role in supporting seamless restaurant operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience by creating a clean, welcoming, and well-prepared environment for both guests and team members.

THE STARTING RATE:

$14.9217 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service

• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas

• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed

• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles

• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently

• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed

• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris

• Perform other job-related duties as requested
  
  THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• must be at least 18 years of age or older

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

• Available to work graveyard shifts and Day shifts

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

• Experience working in a similar resort setting
