About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to play a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations of our retail tire and automotive service center. This position is ideal for a team-oriented leader who enjoys developing employees, building customer relationships, and driving business results.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to oversee sales, customer service, scheduling, inventory management, team development, and overall operational performance. Your leadership will help create an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day operations of a busy tire and automotive service center
- Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and vendors
- Drive sales growth through outstanding customer service and operational excellence
- Assist with employee scheduling, payroll administration, and workflow management
- Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed
- Analyze productivity, labor, sales, and operational metrics to support business objectives
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and accountability
Requirements

- Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and business applications
- Ability to establish lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Understanding of labor management, productivity metrics, sales performance, and cost control
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work while maintaining high quality standards
