Allied Universal is Security Site Supervisor – Corporate in Mississauga, ON.
Title: Security Site Supervisor – Corporate
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay-rate: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday,8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and professional Corporate Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a high-profile corporate facility in Mississauga. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships while ensuring a safe and secure environment.Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of security professionals, ensuring adherence to site policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and security team, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security audits to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, emergencies, and escalated situations in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare incident reports, daily activity reports, and other required documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management of security personnel.
- Ensure all security staff maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Previous experience in a Security Supervisor or Team Lead role within a corporate or commercial environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing is considered an asset.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
Must be eligible to work in Canada and pass a comprehensive background check.
Standard/Emergency First Aid and CPR certification.
Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Physically fit: able to stand/walk for long periods, climb stairs, and occasionally lift/carry up to 20 kg.
