About the Team:
We are a diverse and highly skilled team of Credit professionals, experienced in Origination, Underwriting, and end-to-end Portfolio Monitoring.
Our team specializes in Technology, Healthcare, Global Fund Banking, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Healthcare – Medical Office Building (MOB), Wine, and Community Development Finance (CDF) loans monitoring across Innovation Banking, Commercial Finance and General Bank. Additionally, the team supports the Centralized Cash Management Team (CCMT). Team works closely with Credit Solutions team members and Portfolio Managers to perform monthly, quarterly & annual monitoring of the loans.
Impact
As a Portfolio Monitoring Support Analyst in the Credit Analysis team at First Citizens India, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the Bank’s credit quality and supporting informed lending decisions and ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations.
This role is critical to enabling the Bank to make confident lending decisions, manage risks effectively, and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities that drive Assurance:
Internal
Ensuring Compliance & Quality Assurance: Performing necessary process checks on task executed by the Credit Analysis team to ensure they are fully compliant with all internal policies.
Facilitating Communication: Reviewing emails and official correspondence to ensure clarity, accuracy and professional representation of the Bank’s position.
Delivery Actionable Insights: Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into team performance, timeliness, and key trends.
Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)
•
Ensuring Compliance & Quality Assurance: Performing necessary process checks on task executed by the Credit Analysis team to ensure they are fully compliant with all internal policies.

Delivery Actionable Insights: Sharing regular updates with Credit Analysis leadership team on process adherence and timely completion of assigned activities.
•
Maintain large data set with accuracy and continuity ensuring completeness and accuracy of data reporting using MS Excel.
•
Collaborate within and outside the Credit Analysis team to gather relevant information, as required
•
Reporting & MIS: Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into team performance, timeliness, and key trends.
•
Create visually compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI or other similar visualization tools.
Skills and Qualification (Functional and Technical Skills)
Educational Qualification-
•
Bachelor’s degree in commerce
•
Basic understanding of the commercial loan/lending lifecycle, BFSI market trends, corporate lending products, and financial statement analysis.
•
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access); spreadsheet modeling experience is a plus.
•
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•
Ability to work independently while being an active team contributor.
•
Efficient and well organized, able to work under tight deadlines
•
Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
•
Exposure to US accounting, GAAP, and IFRS
•
Experience in the banking/lending industry
