Compensation: $900–$1,200 per week (Base + Bonus Opportunities)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Coordinator to lead and expand our event marketing efforts in the Charlotte, NC market and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about driving results through event-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and secure local events, trade shows, and community engagements
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and event organizers
- Develop and maintain a strategic annual event calendar
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach Event Demonstrators
- Schedule and manage event staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance
- Coordinate booth setup, breakdown, and on-site execution
- Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultation appointments
- Collect and manage lead information and contest entries
- Follow up with prospects to drive appointment conversions
- Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics and ROI
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and results-oriented personality
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work weekends and events
