PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a joint-venture insurance company and a part of FWD Group, previously known as PT Commonwealth Life, has successfully merged with PT FWD Life Indonesia (“FWD Life”) as of 1 December 2020 and will be known as FWD Insurance.

Responsible for ensuring all servicing transactions comply with FCC (Financial Crime Compliance) that focusingon AML (Anti Money Laundering), CTF (Counter-Terrorist Financing), KYC/CDD (Know Your Customer/Customer
Due Diligence), and Transaction Monitoring review. Serving as Line 1.5 to identify and mitigate the risks of
Financial Crime.
1. AML and CTF officer. To ensure the risk mitigation of money laundering, terrorism financing, financial
system abuse through the implementation of policies, transaction monitoring, investigations, and
reporting in accordance with AML-CTF regulations implemented at FWD Insurance
2. Perform on going data analysis and monitoring. To identify suspicious activity through the FCRM
system, further verify the results of the first phase of the investigation.
3. Quality Assurance and Reporting. Prepare and submit QC results, maintain and manage AML - CTF
compliance documentation.
4. Monitor transactions to earlier understand if there are suspicious patterns or modes of transaction
types.
5. Incident management: reporting and driving the development of action plans with Line 1.
6. KYC/CDD (Know Your Customer/Customer Due Diligence):
Ensure KYC processes are in accordance with transaction servicing standards.
Conduct CDD and escalated EDD for high-risk transactions.
7. Training and Awareness:
Provide AML - CTF training to internal Operations employees.
Increase awareness of money laundering risks in Operations.
