Overview
Join Waters' Milford Operations team as a Material Coordinator supporting manufacturing, kitting, and warehouse operations in a dynamic environment. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, transacted, and delivered to production while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting uninterrupted manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in SAP, and committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Support production by ensuring material shortages, discrepancies, and urgent requests are addressed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics teams to resolve material-related issues.
Follow safety and quality requirements while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Faciliate order fulfillment by managing daily order dispatches
As needed, Execute material movements, inventory transactions, and warehouse activities in SAP to support manufacturing and customer demand.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, materials management, logistics, or manufacturing support.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management systems.
- Ability to perform inventory transactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
