REPORTS TO: Dean of Dual Enrollment                                                                

DEPARTMENT: Office of Dual Enrollment

EXEMPT: Yes                                                          

VICE PRESIDENT: VP Career and Technical Education

GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalency

Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices. 

• Knowledge, skills and abilities sufficient to perform the function of the position as outlined. 

• Presents a pre-planned program of study that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students;

• Creates an environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students;

• Maintains a positive classroom management experience for all students

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and the employee is occasionally required to perform job responsibilities in the outdoors and off site.
