ARE YOU THE NEUROPATHY ASSISTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to perform well and stay calm under pressure

Experience in healthcare (optical, dental, veterinary, podiatry, medical offices) or high-paced service roles such as serving or bartending is preferred. No experience is required, as all training is provided!

AVERAGE DAY AS A NEUROPATHY ASSISTANT

This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00/6:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with additional onboarding hours during the first month as needed.

As our Neuropathy Assistant, you'll prepare exam rooms for appointments, ensure patient charts and documentation are accurate, welcome patients as they arrive, and assist providers during examinations and treatments. You'll help patients check in and out, educate them on recommended devices and supplements, and work closely with the clinical team to keep schedules running efficiently. Through your professionalism, organization, and dedication to exceptional service, you'll help create a positive and supportive environment where patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for.
