Description
Responsibilities:
The Site Coordinator is a critical member of the Human Resources team, focused on delivering excellence across the facility. This individual will be skilled at the organization and management of multiple projects in a vibrant environment! They will possess the ability to handle confidential information, act as a trusted partner, and role model professionalism, collaboration, and excellence!
- Supports new hire orientation and onboarding, recruiting and other onsite events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Acts as the first point of contact for employee questions or concerns and may require gathering of intake information to appropriately hand off to business partner.
- Works with company personnel at all organizational levels to collect and communicate information.
- Prepares visitor notifications for the customer, interviewee, or other site visitors.
- Participates and/or leads HR projects including, but not limited to:
- Company-paid volunteer day activity selection and coordination
- University recruiting planning.
- Service awards coordination.
- Engagement activities
- Employee appreciation items and events.
- Demonstrates strong prioritization and organization skills with solid attention to detail, and initiative to successfully complete tasks.
- Anticipates problems (and escalates when appropriate).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications – External/internal
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Prior administrative or project planning experience.
- Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality as work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.
- Experience in Microsoft office suite to include word, excel and power point.
- Ability to take initiative and make fair and consistent decisions that align with our values.
- Capability to multitask and be a flexible teammate who can easily adapt to change.
- Maintains positive and respectful demeanor while working independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 20.34-37.74
Is this role subject to ITAR?
