Step into a high-impact leadership role where you will directly build, scale, and shape next-generation enterprise technology. As a hands-on technical leader, you will integrate agentic AI frameworks into the core architecture of our industry-leading Spectrum platform while driving developer velocity and mentoring an exceptional engineering team.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Direct the hands-on deployment of agentic AI coding tools, context engineering, and multi-agent orchestration patterns across the entire product development life cycle.
Architect robust shared infrastructure, evaluation tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to elevate code quality, security, and developer velocity.
Champion technical excellence by reviewing AI-generated output, setting system guardrails, and turning innovative local prototypes into production-grade platform solutions.
Drive end-to-end talent leadership, serving as a dedicated advocate, mentor, and manager to guide career growth and build a thriving pod culture.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and enterprise data teams to align engineering strategy with core business objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated experience leading software engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development in agile environments.
Strong technical background in object-oriented programming with deep proficiency in C#/.NET and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
Hands-on expertise in deploying agentic AI tools across planning, development, and delivery stages within enterprise environments.
Proven experience with relational databases, SQL, API development, ETL workflows, and modern CI/CD practices.
Exceptional ability to balance hands-on technical execution with people leadership while practicing ethical AI principles.
Bonus Points For:
Experience implementing agentic RAG and multi-agent orchestration architectures within legacy enterprise systems.
Background in modernizing high-scale SaaS or ERP platforms in the construction or industrial technology space.
