Lead Product Designers - 100% remote, ASAP, 12+ months

Dear Lead Product Designers,

 

We are currently looking for multiple Lead Product Designers for one of the leading digital agencies in the US. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with independently leading product design work, including end-to-end delivery across enterprise products.
- Experience independently leading UX workstreams from strategy through execution, including research, UX, UI, and prototyping.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior client stakeholders, including consulting or embedded client team settings.
- High proficiency with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Figma Make, ChatGPT, and Claude within design and research workflows, including familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG.
