We're looking for a Smart Living Team Leader to lead teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and help bring innovative support solutions into the homes we serve.

What You'll Do

As a Smart Living Team Leader, you'll oversee the daily operations of assigned homes while supporting both your team and the individuals we serve.

You'll:

• Lead, coach, and support team members in assigned homes

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and help ensure appropriate staffing coverage

• Promote a technology-forward approach across HCBS services

• Partner with the Assistive Technology Coordinator to implement tools and solutions that support greater independence

• Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership on hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and team development

• Build a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment

• Step in to provide direct support when needed

• Help maintain safe, high-quality, person-centered services

• Conduct investigations, document findings, and communicate with leadership as needed

• Ensure electronic documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time

• Support organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

You'll need one of the following:

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field plus at least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities

OR

Option 2: High school diploma or GED plus at least 5 years of relevant experience

You'll also need:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience

• A valid driver's license

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete required documentation

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting to 50 pounds and assisting individuals with daily living activities

• Ability to complete required pre-employment background checks and health screenings
