Are you a reliable and quick-thinking individual looking to jumpstart your career? Midwest Towing & Recovery is currently seeking a motivated Call taker and dispatcher to join our team for evening and the weekend evening and overnight shifts. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the timely and efficient dispatch of our drivers to assist our customers in need.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their roadside assistance needs.
- Dispatch drivers to locations for towing and recovery services.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely arrival at customer locations.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all service calls and dispatch activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication & Multi-tasking skills to other team members
- Computer and adequate spelling skills
If you have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for helping others in their time of need, then we want to hear from you. Previous experience as a Call taker and dispatcher is a plus, but not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate.
