Your Role: Key Account Specialist - Pet Health

As a Key Account Specialist - Pet Health, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building sales opportunities by identifying and developing contacts for potential demand creation. In this role, you will possess a strong understanding of B2B strategic planning to develop sustainable partnerships with key customers and distributors.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and routing plans to achieve Business Unit targets, long-term growth, and profitability.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with distributor leadership and sales teams to ensure optimal resource utilization and market penetration.
• Lead the creation of key customer projects and implement push/pull sales strategies to drive demand and market share.
• Provide technical product training and information updates to distributors while supporting local marketing and technical initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all activities comply with company ethics, compliance standards, and external regulations.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales positions within the Animal Health industry.
• Result-oriented professional with strong selling, active listening, and presentation skills.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
• Demonstrated strategic thinking capability and the ability to apply good judgment across complex business issues.
• Proven ability to coach and influence leaders and network effectively across diverse groups and levels.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities under pressure.

• Travel: 90%
• Location: Bangkok, Thailand - Hybrid Work Environment
